AI output is based on training data and cannot be guaranteed accurate, complete, or unbiased. You acknowledge that AI-generated insights are informational and not professional advice.
6. User Content and Feedback
By submitting content, you grant ProCircle.ai a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process the content to operate and improve the Services. This includes AI model training where permitted by law. You retain ownership of your data. You also grant us permission to use your feedback or ideas without compensation.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
– Use the Services in violation of any law
– Submit false, offensive, or misleading content
– Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the platform
– Reverse-engineer or scrape ProCircle.ai data
– Use bots or automation without permission
8. User Representations
You represent that all information you submit is true and accurate. You agree not to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
9. Purchases and Subscriptions
Certain features require payment. You agree to provide current and complete payment info and authorize recurring billing for subscriptions. Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, and pricing will be detailed at checkout.
10. Software and Mobile App License
If you access our Services via a mobile app, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to install and use the app on your devices. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms from Apple or Google.
11. User-Generated Contributions and License

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProCircle.ai and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
22. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
You agree to resolve disputes individually through binding arbitration in the State of Ohio. You waive the right to class actions, except where prohibited by law.
